Keith at Timpson, Morrisons, Hilmore Way, Tamworth is an absolute angel and saved me yesterday! My phone had died, I had no wallet or cards with me and needed to recharge my electric car to get home. He got my phone working, was very kind and reassuring then gave me his car charger cable so I could keep my phone going to get me home! Kindness is NEVER wasted, thank you Keith!! xx
My wife and I have used this timpsons for everything from keys to passport photos and the guy who runs it is the nicest fellow you could meet. Always smiling and helpful and goes the extra mile to help you. Yesterday he put an extra hole in a new belt and wouldn’t take payment for it as we are regular customers. What a kindness in a world where being kind is not the norm, thanks and we will continue to use your services!

Excellent service! Popped into Timpson's today with my watch, which had a number come off the clock face. The watch is 22 years old and has a lot of sentimental value, so I was reluctant to throw it out. Well, people are quick to complain so I thought I would bring some positive feedback. I was on my way to Morrisons and realised my watch had stopped. As I new there was a Timpsons at Morrisons I knew I could get my watch sorted there. I approached a very friendly gentleman who went by the name of Keith. He was extremely polite and chatty and said it would be no problem at all.
