An extremely unhelpful employee at the desk.I brought it in for recycling via the MusicMagpie website. Despite the phone being in excellent condition, he claimed it could only be classified as' good' because it was out of the box. I challenged this, pointing out that the website's policy did not specify this. He then accused the phone of having numerous marks, which I asked him to show me. Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. bought 2 leather products, cobblers cream for polishing/nourishing and expensive handbag, and a renovation polish for boots. Very pleased with both products.
Very pleased with the service I received today by the gentleman. He was very friendly and in addition to adding new batteries to both my car key fobs, he also carried out some repair work on both fobs, at no extra charge. Many thanks
Encoded a car key for me, job well done
I visited Timpsons at morrisons, on chorley old road in Bolton. Was met with a staff member who would not engage and was rude. He changed the battery on my watch and did not update the time. When I came to pay, he was playing on his phone and did not answer any of my relevant questions. Won't be going again
