Wanted to fix my car key, went in and the guy said it will be 20£ but not refundable as if it’s not working it’s not the battery and it will be about 200£ to fix it. I got the new battery hoping for the best. Of course it didn’t work. So I struggled like that for a while until I had to service the car and I found this amazing mechanic. He did the service that I paid for then mentioned he fixed my car key as well. He said it was just the battery and didn’t have to pay him for that as it was nothing. I took several pairs of boots and a pair of sandals this week and all were very well repaired by the Manager, who was a very pleasant person and I will go back soon. Later: another day I returned to Timpsons and had great service from Meet: thank you, Meet. It's good to have a business available, that you can trust.

Proper good shop, always fast to do any jobs I send them. Jack is always cheerful and has a way of making you laugh even on the most stressful days. 100% the go to for anything keys or shoes, lad deserves a pay rise
