Tampon Park Royal amazing service from Michael Michael was quick fast and super efficient. Amazing customer service as he looked after my three watches and even tried to get me a discount. I’ve changed batteries and took out links and it was done within 10 minutes. Thank you, Michael
Very nice person. Was interested how everything works and he was so kind to show me up close the machines and explained everything. I’ve made copy of 3 different keys and all work perfectly. Highly recommended person 🤗
The gentleman at the till was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my ratchet and normal belts at a very reasonable price.
No acknowledgment, not a hello, no eye contact, no “wait a minute and I’ll be with you” just a man behind a counter working on something. I drove up the road to the Timpson terminal in B&Q and had my keys cut. It will be a shame to see them go.
Annoying that you have to give it 1* and not 0! Left a pair of boots to be re-heeled and soled for 8(!!) days and despite having been here three times since, nothing was done, each time a different member of staff shrugging their shoulders. To quote Michael Douglas from the movie Wall Street “if these guys ran a funeral parlour, no one would die!!!!”
