Went in on Sept 24th to send my watch off to replace the battery. (It was done in May by Tipton) guy at counter said give me a second. He then proceeded to clean the shop with a vacuum cleaner. I stood there for ages whilst he started vacuuming the shop. There was no one else in the booth. I stood there for ages & decided he had zero interest in serving me so left. Used to like this place but the staff here recently are not what they used to be ..

Annoying that you have to give it 1* and not 0! Left a pair of boots to be re-heeled and soled for 8(!!) days and despite having been here three times since, nothing was done, each time a different member of staff shrugging their shoulders. To quote Michael Douglas from the movie Wall Street “if these guys ran a funeral parlour, no one would die!!!!”

I have found one screw in my wheel of bicycle was missing when I took back after shopping in Asda. It was a Sunday afternoon as I know the shop would close at 5pm soon. I went to this shop and asked for help if any available screw was suitable for my bicycle. Staff Michael was very nice and he fixed my bicycle with a wire loop. It was a great help for me! I would like to say thank you Michael and I recommend this shop of having such a kind staff. I believe this shop would solve and find a way to suit the need of customer.
