I came in today and Tony was absolutely amazing. He did an awesome job with replacing the battery for a watch considering the other branch was not able to. Not only this but he did the job free of charge and polished the back of the watch. Such a fantastic gentleman, very polite and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular branch. Thank you so much for your help, advice and your kind gesture

Great and very fast service. I got 14 pens engraved and the outcome and the timing was impeccable. Thank you for such an experience. Also Tom (if i remember correctly) was very patient with me and worked through all fonts step by step and made sure the best works out for the texture of the pens. Slightly more expensive but totally worth it. Thank you.

Called in on spec that I could get the strap fixed on an old watch. Dave fixed it in less than 2 minutes. Polite, professional and friendly. Excellent service, I would highly recommend. Thank you so much

I went there to get my Solovair boots resoled, Tony was great,he explained the process and gave me an approximate time scale of up to 3 weeks as they needed to be sent off to the factory to have the work done. I got a text to say they were ready a week later, my boots are now as good as new. Thank you. 😁
