I came in today and Tony was absolutely amazing. He did an awesome job with replacing the battery for a watch considering the other branch was not able to. Not only this but he did the job free of charge and polished the back of the watch. Such a fantastic gentleman, very polite and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this particular branch. Visited this store yesterday and was served by Joe, very pleased with the service I received he changed my watch battery (I have a lifetime replacement battery service). He was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend visiting this store.
Great and very fast service. I got 14 pens engraved and the outcome and the timing was impeccable. Thank you for such an experience. Also Tom (if i remember correctly) was very patient with me and worked through all fonts step by step and made sure the best works out for the texture of the pens. Slightly more expensive but totally worth it. Thank you.
