Had an emergency repair I needed done before a meeting. Swung by and Dean was able to get everything together in time. Super quick and reliable. A very friendly, personable guy as well.
They DAMAGE my new shoes. I just want to attach extra soles to protect my shoes before I wear them. Firstly SLOW. It takes them 6 days to do that. Secondly UNPROFESSIONAL. They cut the rubber sole wrong and miss a corner comparing to my shoes size. Rather than cutting a new one, they attached the missing corner rubber sole to my shoe. Thirdly ARROGANT. After I point out there is a missing corner of rubber sole, they don’t discuss how they can fix it and whether I can accept it. They just say they can fix and directly ground ... read more
