I took in a pair of 👢 to the WS branch as the zip runner had broken on one but they still had some life left in them. The lady in that day was Marie, a longstanding and experienced member of staff. She wasnt sure if a replacement runner was available so I left her to check for an hour or so. When I returned, not only had she located one, but much to my delight, she had actually replaced the broken one and re-stitched the boot!! I came in to get standard locker keys cut. Last time in town I paid £3 for 2 keys, so I didn’t expect anything huge. The staff member said “you can do 3 keys for the price of 2,” so I assumed it was a good deal. When she rang it up, it came to £16 for two keys, which is much more than I’ve ever paid elsewhere. I gave my jacket to do a cleaning but unfortunately, everything was left as it was, just was smelling a little fresh. But no changes, wasting of money.
Chris tried his absolute best to fix my watch strap , it couldn’t be fixed in store but Chris showed true passion for his job to try fixing it for me! Chris alone has made me want to come back to this store!
I needed to print some photos in the Swindon West mall branch of Timpson. from my phone and was faced with a machine which i had not used before. Kris, the manager, was extremely patient and helpful ensuring that I got exactly the pictures I required . It's not the first time I've shopped in this particular Timpson's and been served by Kris, but on both occasions I've recieved the same excellent service. Thank you Kris
