I came in to get standard locker keys cut. Last time in town I paid £3 for 2 keys, so I didn’t expect anything huge. The staff member said “you can do 3 keys for the price of 2,” so I assumed it was a good deal. When she rang it up, it came to £16 for two keys, which is much more than I’ve ever paid elsewhere. I have no idea how I managed to make such a mess of one suede boots sole but not the other one so I was apprehensive as to whether I could get them resoled but lucky for me Marie at Timpson in west Swindon shop surpassed my expectations and what an amazing job she did cant thank her enough they look brand new Thanks Marie top job 🥰Xx
Went in for a very small heel replacement, employee sat on his phone….told me not ready until tmw morning!!! What because you can’t be bothered! The Simpson at Sainsbury’s did it straight away!! I would not recommend the Timpsons in Asda!! Shocking!
I took in a pair of 👢 to the WS branch as the zip runner had broken on one but they still had some life left in them. The lady in that day was Marie, a longstanding and experienced member of staff. She wasnt sure if a replacement runner was available so I left her to check for an hour or so. When I returned, not only had she located one, but much to my delight, she had actually replaced the broken one and re-stitched the boot!! Myself and another member of the public have just been verbally abused by an employee of yours (male, big brown bushy beard) while waiting in our cars at the drop off/pick up point at the west Swindon centre. Being abusive towards us seemingly because he couldn’t get parked up there. Not that he had any more right than we did. If this is the sort of people you employ, I would advise anyone to avoid this branch.
