Julian was so kind and re heeled my shoes straight away so I could attend my PA’s funeral and offered me a hug of sympathy which I gladly accepted. Excellent service and attention.

Went for a key cut took him forever to find the correct key. However he did say you will have to take it to the other locksmith. Key eventually cut. Needed a watch battery quick look, told either 16 or 18.50 can't remember for years guarantee or £22.00 for lifetime, said cheaper to buy a new watch. Purchased a battery and fitted for £5.00 off Newark market. Definitely won't be going back.

I paid £12.95 for a watch battery. It was sold to me as a lifetime battery on my the basis I could get a new battery every time it runs out, hence the extortionate price! So I kept the receipt safe! My battery lasted nearly two years. Went in today to get a new battery and was told that the £12.95 was for just ONE year not last fetime! VERY angry!! MIS SOLD!! Will NEVER use again!

Having checked it was supposed to be open on the internet, we went there on Sunday to get a replacement watch battery under the lifetime guarantee. At midday it was closed! Went back again on Monday and this time a number of excuses were given to delay doing it, eventually not to do it, and then asked if we could go back again on Tuesday. Quite bizarre - we won't be going back there again! Poor service
