The most friendly and professional service from Tai, in Stimson Putney. Tai was making sure it was done right and took the time with attention to detail, nothing was too much for him to get my watch done for me. Also saw him interact with other customers while I waited, which was a pleasure to see great, genuine happy work ethic type of service in the my local high street.
