After taking my watch for a new battery to my local jewellers which i had done many times i was told it needed a service as the battery wasn’t the problem. A work friend asked me if id ever been to timsons as they are very good. I went to there pudsey shop only to be met by a lovely very friendly man called nic. Asked for a non immobilised moped key cutting, i was told £30 for 1. Got the same key cut at the Merrion Centre, £10 for 2. 🤣
Not very helpful. Ordered a car key online for collection in Harrogate . Received an email saying that the Harrogate branch could no longer produce new car keys. I therefore I had to go 15 miles the other direction to the Pudsey branch. After over an hours wait at Pudsey, they said they couldn’t get the new key to work. On the positive side, I got a refund relatively quickly, but no compensation for my petrol or my wasted time . Great experience today! The server went above and beyond, incredibly friendly and efficient when replacing the battery in my car key. I had been told by another establishment that it was impossible to fix and clearly this was not the case.
