Needed a passport photo that complied with the Government website. My first attempt from home failed the test once it was submitted. Timpson just did everything and had it accepted there and then . All I had to do was submit the reference number to the passport office and was contacted by them to say all had been approved and to wait for my new passport to arrive in the post.
