We went in for a new car keyfob, which was quickly sorted by a very entertaining young man. He kept us thoroughly amused, even under pressure from an ever growing line of customers waiting. THANK YOU
Needed a car key repaired, dealership priced me over £200! Popped into my local timpsons and spoke to a chap called james. Who said he could quickly repair it for a quarter of the price! Great service and great price thank you james, thank you timpsons. Will definitely tell my friends

Every time I visit the Timpson shop, James is consistently outstanding. He is incredibly professional, extremely helpful, and always genuinely happy to assist. His positive attitude and dedication to great service make every visit a pleasure. I now only go to the shop for keys, watch repairs, or anything else when I know James is working. He’s a sincere and genuine person who truly goes above and beyond.
