Paul was fantastic and exactly the sort of old school customer service and friendliness that is missing at a lot of places - particularly in this day and age. When there's companies out there constantly trying to squeeze every penny out of you, Paul and Timpsons are completely fair, offer great service, they're just fantastic. Thank you Paul for being brilliant, I'll be back for a watch repair soon!
I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. The manager was rude and even raised his voice! We requested a battery replacement for a TAG Heuer watch, which had to be done in their workshop. Initially, they quoted 3–5 weeks, but the work actually took 12 weeks. When I complained to the manager on the collection day, he was very dismissive and rude! I will not be using this branch again. Be careful, if you're giving them watch to repair. They can very much mislead you on timing.
Fantastic service from Neil! He did an amazing job fixing my shoes, I never had hope that the shoes would be re paired. He also undone a bag zip that couldn’t be fixed! Definitely will come back!
Had a lovely experience with Paul to fix some boots. He gave great customer service, was incredibly personable and did a great job to bring some extra life into some old boots.
Visited the Southside Wandsworth branch yesterday for watch battery replacements which were completed within 20 mins. The staff member greeted me with a smile and a friendly welcome and offered some invaluable advice too. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.
