Against my better judgement after having a watch broken some years ago by another local Timpsons branch, I decided to take a woollen jumper to Timpsons for dry cleaning. I received it back with the same stain still visible and the disinterested looking guy behind the counter palmed me off with a convenient cop out of "I could treat it but there is a chance the colours could run". Very good shop. Any key cut quickly. A bit expensive but if your in a hurry they're brilliant. My Shoes are always impeccably repaired and cared for. They are a very friendly bunch. Well done.
After dropping off a hoodie to be dry cleaned with small but noticeable stains on the front I was hoping to see the stains removed. On collection of picking up the hoodie the stains are still as noticeable as they were before being dry cleaned. Very disappointed therefor would not recommend
Great service and friendly staff, sent my watch for repair it came back within the time frame and working perfectly with no scratches.
