Visited Harlow Town centre branch on Saturday 18th of April. I had a watch that needed the back pressed on as my partner changed the battery but couldn't get the back back on. A man came to the counter I said hello you OK? His reply was NO and that he was having a problem with a watch, I then said oh have you! I've got another one here for you!! Put my coat in to be repaired as the stitching on the lining had come undone.My coat was sent away for 2 weeks then came back still with obvious holes in the lining so sent it away for another 12 days and it still isn't fixed properly. There's still holes. Nothing against the guys that work there as I know they send things like this off to be dealt with but I think they need to change who they are sending people's items too.
Saw Big Connor, took two links out of my watch bracelet for me which no one else could do. Did it in five minutes and did a perfect job. Really nice friendly efficient guy. Will always go back here.
