Just visited timpson's in kidlington and Jamie was brilliant! I think he's the manager but he's was very friendly, helpful and proffesional one of the best I have come across, quickly helped me with my watch and made me feel very comfortable with the process, and also gave me great advice on watches! Would highly recommend
Baby passport photo - the man did a wonderful job of photography mg our baby and printing the photos so that they satisfy the passport requirements. Excellent service.
avoid Jamie in the kidlington branch!!! she does not like changing watch batteries which have a strap over the batterie with 2 small screws either side. she will tell you that they do not have the batteries in stock to avoid replacing it !!! she is turning customers away!! her boss now knows this and has told me that he is now fed up with her !! lets hope that Jamie is soon gone. so remember Jamie works on Sundays. so avoid her !
The woman who works here on Sundays is super-helpful and lovely! She has helped me with a new car key battery, taking links out of my watch and identifying the right colour for Doc Martin repair. I would definitely make a point of coming to her again as she is so helpful.
Came in today to print off a few photos! The man in the shop inside Sainsbury’s was so nice to me, he probably doesn’t know it but he made my day so much better, I was having a bad day but he made me crack my first smile of the day! Thank you for being kind to me! It means the world and I won’t forget it! You were friendly and nice and I really didn’t expect anyone to show me kindness but you did! I want to let your managers know but don’t know how other than to leave a good review! You are a gem!
