I cannot speak highly enough of Corey at the Silverburn Timpsons. I arrived as he was closing up and he made time for my watch battery change. He was very professional and polite, and made ease of the battery change in a reasonably obscure watch brand. The skill he demonstrated was second to none.

Used for Dry Cleaning as I needed a quick turnaround. The guy who served me was pleasant, and informative, said I would get a message in a couple of days to say it was ready. Text came through as explained and again I was greeted by the same guy upon collecting who was equally as pleasant. 100% I will be using this branch again.
Have had fab customer service from Timpson in Silverburn. Got my husbands fob on his car key replaced a couple of weeks ago. Guy in shop said they can't guarantee if it would work but it's worked perfectly. Just got 2 watch batteries replaced today, ready very quickly and got lifetime guarantee with them. Friendly customer service!
Popped in to get my car key fob battery replaced. Friendly service. The guy replaced it but wasn't sure the actual key was working properly so asked I go test it out and if happy with it to come back in and pay. Very good, honest service.
