I cannot speak highly enough of Corey at the Silverburn Timpsons. I arrived as he was closing up and he made time for my watch battery change. He was very professional and polite, and made ease of the battery change in a reasonably obscure watch brand. The skill he demonstrated was second to none.
Went to Silverburn branch. Very kind and accommodating staff. Quickly fixed the damage on my bag. Thank you very much.
We went in for batteries for myself and my husband and he also needed a new watch strap. We came bk after shopping and were charged £64 I was so shocked I actually paid it. 😪
I visited Timpson's in Giffnock (2098) today to get my brother in law's watch cleaned and battery replaced. I had the pleasure of meeting Younis , Branch Manager. He was extremely professional & explained thoroughly what he planned to do & the timeframe. He was so friendly, well mannered & interested , qualities not always seen in my opinion . Great service & you're a credit to Timpsons. Thanks.
