I have had 2 services in here and both have not worked. iPhone battery replacement lasted a few weeks and swelled up and destroyed the phone, then had a key cut and they got it wrong twice and in the end I just gave up. Will be avoiding in future.
Went to have a new car key today,outstanding service,will definitely use again.
Very disappointed with the staff in Culverhouse cross Cardiff. The way I was spoken to by the staff member was extremely condescending and degrading. Even the other customers looked at me because they couldn't believe the way I was spoken to. I asked if my key could be put into a mount for my car. He said no it's a blade no good I had it when I bought the car. I replyed that it is a copy I had made when the new locks where fitted to my car. I’ve been to see Steve many times over the last 5 years, mainly with watch issues. He is always extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and the perfect ambassador for Timson’s. Long may he stay there!
Nice guy but got two keys cut - One is dodgy in the lock and the other unusable. Doesn't work.
