Very disappointed with the staff in Culverhouse cross Cardiff. The way I was spoken to by the staff member was extremely condescending and degrading. Even the other customers looked at me because they couldn't believe the way I was spoken to. I asked if my key could be put into a mount for my car. He said no it's a blade no good I had it when I bought the car. I replyed that it is a copy I had made when the new locks where fitted to my car. I’ve been to see Steve many times over the last 5 years, mainly with watch issues. He is always extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and the perfect ambassador for Timson’s. Long may he stay there!

Nice guy but got two keys cut - One is dodgy in the lock and the other unusable. Doesn't work.
First class service from Steve with the replacement of my broken car key. He squeezed me in 15 mins before closing and when he couldn't find the right blade, offered to order it in the next day. As it turns out the blade is no longer sold so he replaced the entire key fob at a fraction of the cost of replacing it with the main dealer. Worked perfectly first time. Five stars
