Unprofessional rude staff at this location, Bridgend team at both sites are great. Popped in here to get a replacement key for my van for which they refused to sell and cut for me as they wanted to programme it as well, this would have cost me £250+. So i bought a key from Ford, had my local key cutting service cut it for me, and programmed it myself with Forscan. Total cost £110
Great service at Timpson’s in Culverhouse Cross again. New tips put on my favourite heels in very quick time and excellent price! Friendly service too. I’d say it was above my expectations but to be honest, the staff in this branch are always friendly, helpful, quick and efficient.
Steve at Culverhouse did a great job fixing my son’s iPhone 11 screen. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant service had two new car keys cut that required electronics, no problem no issue just done. Steve was very polite and they were ready within an hour. I could not fault the service. Would Highly recommend.
Fast & super friendly service! Needed a new fob done and the lovely man threw in a free key I needed, too. In and out in less than 5 mins. ⭐
