I take my dog beds to be cleaned here. They are friendly, good prices and a lovely team. I have used other Timpson companies, and I must say Bromsgrove are the best. Well done. 🌟🥇I will continue to bring all my cleaning to Bromsgrove

I rarely write reviews however I took a recently purchased watch in to have links added today and I was really impressed. The staff were super friendly polite and helpful. They did exactly what I needed with no fuss and for a great price. I could not fault them! I wish customer service was this good everywhere!

Following a mishap involving an over excitable kitten my wedding gown ended up with blood on it 4 days before my wedding. Depressingly, having taken it to 3 different dry cleaners and been told they wouldn’t try it (too expensive an item/not likely to come out anyway/haven’t got enough for a full load) I was giving up hope. The staff here were super helpful with an issue I was having with my car key, especially Simon who went above and beyond to make sure all was sorted. Definitely recommend
