Great service from the lovely, helpful & friendly Emma. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Had to go back 4 times before finally getting my dry cleaning. Twice on the Saturday and twice on the Sunday as the place wasn't open. Saturday it said back at 10.30 on the door. Went back at 10.35. Somebody had changed it forward to 10.50. Went back on Sunday only to find it shut again. So had to go back a fourth time.
I contacted Timpsons at Asda Llandudno late today (Saturday), after finding that the heals were damaged on a pair of boots I was planning to wear to my father's funeral on Monday . I had phoned so many places in the hope of getting them repaired, but was rejected at all of them. The lovely lady working there said for me to bring them in, she would have a look at them, see what she could do. Long story short. Went in for a flat door key, was told it was an unusual profile and may have to be ordered. Given 2 keys, neither of which fitted in the lock. The girl took a pic of my key and sent it off to be ordered and told they would ring me when it's ready. However, nobody ever rang so had to go back and ask only to be told that the email had been lost and would have to be reordered. Keys did not work from asda llandudno timpsons, out of six keys not one. They were recut twice! Took keys to centre Llandudno timpsons, he ran back over them and said it had taken some off which it shouldn't have, low and behold they all now work. Either the cutter needs calibration, or staff retraining, wasted hours of time running around and testing keys!
