I asked them to fix a key – a very quick, simple task – and was willing to pay. They refused to help, but instead offered to cut a brand new key for £12. I found this greedy and very disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Worst dry cleaning job I have ever seen. The long coat almost looked worse when I picked it up then it did bringing it in. No spots or animal hair removed. Young man at counter not interested in anything but collecting the £15.50. Would not recommend using Timpson's for Dry Cleaning. Stick to keys.
Lovely chap helped me out. Very polite had a little chat and quick with his work.
