I had a key cut a few weeks ago at a store near where I work and unfortunately it wouldn't work in my door. I took the key to my local store nearer home which is the Robin Park, Wigan branch and was helped by Craig. I'm neurodiverse and I like to ask questions and learn about things I am curious about. Craig was really pleasant to talk to and he taught me about the changes he was making on the key that would make it work properly and the possible reasons it hadn't previously worked. stick to cutting keys, they did a botch job on a boots, i sent photos to their head office to show that the boot were a good boot and well look after , they just need some slight repair, i would sooner have ha them say they would struggle than do the job they did .
Took a car key in that wouldnt open the doors. The guy did a great job in solving the problem, couldnt thank him enough.
Very polite guy, was very quick to produce the new keys and they work a treat.
I took a pair of walking boots to have some repair work done on the soles as parts were coming away. Craig repaired the soles then went on to polish them to a fantastic finish. I love Timpsons mentality of giving people a second chance and I think the service at the Wigan Asda branch is fantastic. Thanks again Craig.
