I came with two torn handbags with very little hope that they can be repaired. Matt was excellent in his skills and did the job beyond my expectations. I am delighted to see my favorite bags again ready to use on special occasions. Thanks Timpson and thanks to Matt.

A Gentleman called Matt was so Friendly towards all Customers and is very Knowledgeable. He always has a Smile for us and very Polite. I miss him when he has a Day off. Lots of us think he's Wonderful. He is so kind!
