Went over specially as they say they are open but closed between 1-2pm it seems. Please update you opening times so we don’t have wasted journeys!
Nothing but praise for Andrew at this store. Helped me get my key sorted with minimal fuss and great, great advice on the electronic side for coding. Was great with previous customers (whilst I was waiting) and a credit to the store. Great value also tbh. Cheers!!
So I went there today to have my sandals repaired. When I got there there was no one in line and the employee was sitting on his phone. He didn't seem interested in anything or anyone. I said hello and asked for help and he wasn't even interested. When I started asking about the repair he said he was very busy and advised me to do the repair myself. Stupidity and impertinence is all I can say and I do not recommend this place. I wonder if the owner has his employees working or maybe no..
Absolutely outstanding and friendly service! Hardly no waiting times on both occasions for a battery watch and car fob battery change! And when my daughter’s spare key car fob fell to pieces… estimated time 4 days due to the Bank Holiday and part ordering, but got it back in within 48 hours!!
I can’t thank the staff enough in the Corby Asda branch. Each and every one of them are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been for shoe repairs, handbag repairs, watch fixtures and key cutting. I would only ever use this branch going forward due to how amazing they are. Customer service is a thing of the past in retail but not in this branch! Thank u timpsons at Corby Asda ur fab and you made a widow very happy when you helped repair a watch from her late husband.
