I was charged £19.95 for a replacement battery putting in my watch. This is extortionate. A battery costs very little when purchased in bulk. I have just found a shop that charge £7. I am 82 years old and disabled every penny counts I will not be using this company again.
People are good however the quality of the dry cleaning is horrendous. Paid for a press and It doesn’t even look like they did anything with it, same wrinkles as before and it smells slightly burnt. Better off going to a laundrette and getting it dry cleaned there similar price better standards.
Gee was a breath of fresh air. Very bubbly chatty and helpful. More shops should be like this. An absolute asset to the company
Really small place but perfect for what it provides. You can get dry cleaning done, keys cut, shoes tailored and probably more I don’t know about. I came here to get some links off my watch as I got it as a gift for Christmas and it was too loose. Got it done within 5 minutes for £5. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Guy is super friendly and helpful. Side note: we had to pay with cash so be prepared for that unless they advertise otherwise.
Went in there to get watch fixed guy seemed like he had no clue what to do spent more time just looking at it clueless and made things worse by bending it. Went in to another timpsons in Leeds and got sorted within 5 mins. Why work there when you ain’t gotta clue about repairing watches and the clasp which looked pretty easy to fix
