What great customer service! The sole of one of my husbands favourite expensive leather shoes lifted recently and he left them at Timpsons in Berwick to have fixed. We’ve just collected them and the chap didn’t charge a thing. He said it was a bit of glue and 10 mins of my time! How fantastic an attitude and service is that these days. Well done 👏
Popped in for a dog ID tag , and engraving. Welcomed by Dean. Who took the information , and then set to work engraving name and contact number onto Blues new Dog Tag. Excellent friendly and service and Dog Friendly . Great location , and worth a visit for all engraving, key cutting and watch battery replacements . Thank you Dean !
Took a bangle in to be engraved for a birthday present went through the quote and double checked with person in the shop at the time my partner went in to get it and was told too narrow to engrave and never took my personal details to save me time in looking for another engraver to do the job
