Just been down with my Dad to get a new battery for his watch fitted. After umming and aahing over the option of a ‘lifetime battery’ (i.e. free replacement when necessary) he mentioned he was 94 and decided against that option, having only needed to replace the watch’s battery a few times in 45 years of ownership. Absolutely brilliant service! Repaired my boots quickly and professionally. Saved me lot of money buying new.
Had a key cut at a different place that, even after having it adjusted 3 times, still didn't work. Brought it here, had identified the problem in seconds, had it fixed even faster and now the key works perfectly. Quick, polite, professional.
Had a chap called Tanner serve me and he was absolutely spot on. Was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend!
