Tai greeted us nicely yesterday and tried to remove some of our watch band links. It took him a long time to do so as the tool was loosen and not strong enough. We left with a watch that is not properly installed. Because of the long waiting time, he told us that it was free of charge. Tai asked us to come back the next day at 8am to get it fixed properly as he needs to order a new tool. Next day we came at 7.50am and waited until 8.30am and no one to be seen there. Absolutely outstanding service! I came in wanting to engrave a keyring, and not only did Kyril help me choose an even better, more suitable one, but he engraved it perfectly.
