Brilliant shop and conveniently located. Have used for numerous jobsand each time the service has been quick, reliable and professional. A particular shout out to Stefan, who is always readily available to try and assist on matters that other shops simply aren't interested in or will try and charge ann exorbitant amount for. Top drawer!
I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews anywhere but this place deserved one. I went into this store today in a rush to get a pen engraved and I have never received such incredible service. I was served by Joey who was welcoming, professional and extremely good at what he does. I couldn’t be happier with the results, I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Visited Timpson on Princes Street, London as my shoe sole that had previously been repaired (not by Timpson) had become detached from shoe. Saw Lee who advised that he could not guarantee that glueing the sole would last long term due to the 2 materials. Nevertheless he glued my shoe to allow me to get home without looking like a vagrant & didn’t charge me.
