Had a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A pair of shoes other places said couldn't be fixed are now good as new! Elliott did a great repair, very fast service as well. Will definitely come here again!!
Elliot was extremely helpful sorting my watch out. He graciously told me i didn’t need a link taken out of my watch and quickly sorted tightening the links free of charge. Very rarely do you come across this service in London and especially a gesture of good will. Thank you Elliot!

Brilliant shop and conveniently located. Have used for numerous jobsand each time the service has been quick, reliable and professional. A particular shout out to Stefan, who is always readily available to try and assist on matters that other shops simply aren't interested in or will try and charge ann exorbitant amount for.
