Brilliant shop and conveniently located. Have used for numerous jobsand each time the service has been quick, reliable and professional. A particular shout out to Stefan, who is always readily available to try and assist on matters that other shops simply aren't interested in or will try and charge ann exorbitant amount for. Top drawer!

I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews anywhere but this place deserved one. I went into this store today in a rush to get a pen engraved and I have never received such incredible service. I was served by Joey who was welcoming, professional and extremely good at what he does. I couldn’t be happier with the results, I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I paid Timpson Princess Street to resize my platinum wedding ring, but was given someone else’s ring in return. When I questioned the fit, the employee told me my “hands must be cold.” After wearing the wrong ring for a week, I received a call from the same employee admitting the ring I was given wasn’t mine and that my actual ring was “still at the workshop.” I visited the store at 8am this morning; the same employee confirmed again that my ring is still at the workshop.
