Had a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A pair of shoes other places said couldn't be fixed are now good as new! Elliott did a great repair, very fast service as well. Will definitely come here again!!
Elliot was extremely helpful sorting my watch out. He graciously told me i didn’t need a link taken out of my watch and quickly sorted tightening the links free of charge. Very rarely do you come across this service in London and especially a gesture of good will. Thank you Elliot!
Got a key cut by Stefan on my lunch break. Took less than 2 minutes, the key is perfect and Stefan was very kind. Perfect service.
Waited for 20 mins as no one was there and the absent sign said a “few” minutes anything over should be detailed online to spare people like myself travelling 15 mins just to get there and it to be effectively closed
