Such friendly staff. I didn’t catch the name of the man serving me today (31.08.26) but he went above and beyond to help me. Came in for a watch battery change which was super quick, then got a new key cut as I was there. Everything done in under 5 minutes, he was so fast and helpful. Would recommend and will definitely go back in the future.
Great place to get your photos printed as their machine is top quality for printing these out straight from your phone or usb card. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Great shoe repairs also available.
Amazing service! Imogen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is an asset to this company! I called on Saturday and explained what my issue is and that I wasn’t sure what treatment should I select for my heels. She very quickly explained all my options in a calm and very confident manner. This gave me assurance that I will be leaving my expensive shoes with an expert. I dropped them off on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I got a call that they are ready. Just had a pair of boots resoled & heeled. Caleb was very helpful and the result is great. Well worth doing
Wouldn’t recommend to get your phone fixed here. Poor communication between staff, several wasted journeys when I had been told parts were available. Staff accidentally damaged the phone, ended up having to get a new phone. Shoe repair was fine.
