I visited your Huntingdon store today and was served by an amazing assistant called Stuart who went above and beyond to assist me with a problematic key!I had had several failed attempts at purchasing a functioning key and was getting increasingly frustrated at my lack of success. Amazing service! Imogen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is an asset to this company! I called on Saturday and explained what my issue is and that I wasn’t sure what treatment should I select for my heels. She very quickly explained all my options in a calm and very confident manner. This gave me assurance that I will be leaving my expensive shoes with an expert. I dropped them off on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I got a call that they are ready. Got a new strap for my watch and had it fitted at the store. Staff stayed friendly and professional despite the strap needing a few extra attempts until it fitted me comfortably. Will visit this store again soon to get some photos printed at their self-service machine.
Cannot fault the service and politeness whilst being served here. So I went here to get my battery in my motorcycle key fob changed as it was affecting the bike it was unable to start or run. It worked first two days for my bike to stop working and I was unable to use it for a while.l I took the bike to the shop and the guy had actually broken components on my circuit board of the key.
