Wouldn’t recommend to get your phone fixed here. Poor communication between staff, several wasted journeys when I had been told parts were available. Staff accidentally damaged the phone, ended up having to get a new phone. Shoe repair was fine.

Amazing service! Imogen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is an asset to this company! I called on Saturday and explained what my issue is and that I wasn’t sure what treatment should I select for my heels. She very quickly explained all my options in a calm and very confident manner. This gave me assurance that I will be leaving my expensive shoes with an expert. I dropped them off on Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday I got a call that they are ready.
