I had used the key cutting machine in Port Talbot to get 3 keys, it done one on the wrong blank, after consulting customer service I went to Asda Bridgend to get the key replaced. The gentlemen who served me could not have given my better custom service. I told him what had happened, he examined the key and explained what had gone wrong. He apologized for the error and cut a new key. I left the shop feeling very happy. I checked the key when I got home and it was perfect.

Very disappointed. First thing I asked was to copy the blade part of a car key. Unfortunately they could not do this, and had to replace the whole fob, only carrying over the electronics. I heard the price for this would be £15. I thought ok, it may cost me about £5 to have the blade cut somewhere else that can, but since I am a busy person, I'll do this. When I returned to collect my key, it turned out to be £50! I would not have had the key done if I had heard to rep correctly. The rep then told me the battery alone costs ... read more

They charge £12 for a standard key cut. It says online £7. The most expensive place.

Great service from the two young men at your shop ,I brought in my late mams clock which was completely broken ,and is the only thing I have of hers they skilfully put in a new mechanism and battery ,and cleaned it as well ,the service was outstanding ,like having my own little repair shop ! Thank you both for restoring my clock !

Brilliant passport photo service!! Very nice Man was really helpful and kind, took seconds to get photos done. Really helpful since im disabled, highly reccomend!
