The person working at this store was really friendly and helpful. Needed a watch battery replaced, only took a couple of minutes and he wound it to the correct time and day too. Would definitely recommend
I had used the key cutting machine in Port Talbot to get 3 keys, it done one on the wrong blank, after consulting customer service I went to Asda Bridgend to get the key replaced. The gentlemen who served me could not have given my better custom service. I told him what had happened, he examined the key and explained what had gone wrong. He apologized for the error and cut a new key. I left the shop feeling very happy. I checked the key when I got home and it was perfect.

Very disappointed. First thing I asked was to copy the blade part of a car key. Unfortunately they could not do this, and had to replace the whole fob, only carrying over the electronics. I heard the price for this would be £15. I thought ok, it may cost me about £5 to have the blade cut somewhere else that can, but since I am a busy person, I'll do this.
