Great customer service! I needed my trainers stretched, and they kept them for a week as recommended. After wearing them for a few days, I felt they needed a bit more stretching — they were happy to take them back and do it again (no extra charge ). Really helpful and friendly service!

I brought my trainers to repair, need bit glue in front and sides. 3 times they couldn't glue my trainers and i didn't get back my money. That was my first and last time when I have deal with Timpson.
Great service! Especially want to commend Craig. I'm going through some personal difficulties currently and he coukd see that (somehow!) took the time to properly talk with me today (no other customers so could) & genuinely made a difference to me & my day. I've visited 2 other stores locally (which in not knocking) but WILL return to this one, just because of Craig! Great member of staff!
I walked in to the Tilbury center today mend my daughter's shoes. Though I left completely satisfied with the service, I also learnt so much about parenting in just 30mins with Neal than I have from 2weeks of counseling. You are doing a great job Neal 👍
