Car key stopped working tried a battery myself still didnt work. I was told elsewhere it was no longer programmed and quoted £299 to reprogram a new key, then quoted £180 by another place. So asked the chap in here. He did a quick search about my car did a quick reset at no cost. I was lucky as not all vehicles can, but my Citroen Berlingo could. Very pleased with this man

I paid £90.00 for a new solar battery for my Casio watch, and it was sent off for it. They've lost my watch. No answer of where it went or where it could have gone, no clue or explanation, they just lost it. They've ordered me a new one of 'similar' value but it doesn't replace the value of a watch I wore every day in work and which was a present from a close family member for an important birthday. Absolutely cannot recommend this store enough, in particular Mark who helped us sort a problem with a shoes strap not being quite right and he sorted it for us in a few minutes and wouldn’t take any payment from us! Thanks Mark!

Been there yesterday 3 times and on every occasion it was closed with a note on the doors that he will be back in about 5 minutes (14:05), spent nearly 2 hours walking around middleton waiting for timpsons to open but unfortunately it was closed all afternoon.
