My boyfriend had a pair of Rockport shoes that he absolutely loved but we're really badly worn. I'd taken them to my local cobbler but he recommended taking them to be done somewhere that specialises in Rockport shoes. I went to Timpson in Middleton and due to the material of the sole, the cobbler wasn't sure if they would be possible to repair, but recommended I visit the store in Deansgate as the cobbler there is apparently a shoe wizard. I took my mobile phone to be fixed. I had to wait three weeks for it to be done. When I did get it back it wasn't the same as it was before. Not happy with the service overall.
Not been in for 6 months, nothing has changed slow service without the smile
I thoroughly recommend this place. I brought two pair of boots here and couldn't be happier with the results and service. One suede pair needed a full new sole and the other was missing the tip on the heel. When I collected them they were both just perfect. The gentleman in the shop was very kind, he fully explained the whole process and gave me great advice on how to care for the suede in future. Above and beyond. Super pleased. Thank you so much!
