Was told at another store a manual key for my car would take between 45 mins and an hour. Went to Tescos and it was all done within about 12 minutes. Fantastic service

Business response:

We are delighted to hear your key was cut in just 12 minutes, Warren. Fantastic service is what we always aim for!

Just want to say thank you to Ross. Went to Tesco branch to get some keys cut and he asked if my son was ok with noise as the key cutting machine may make him jump. My son has autism and sometimes struggles in places like tesco. It was a nice thing for Ross to do and he was great to interact with us all.

Business response:

We are grateful to Jessica for sharing this. Ross's thoughtfulness toward your son truly reflects the care we aim to show every customer. Thank you both.

A local laundrette I use recommended Timpsons for dry cleaning as the company they use aren’t very reliable. I wasn’t disappointed the service was quick and a little bit cheaper too. The man at the shop was bright and bubbly and I had a fantastic overall experience.

Business response:

We’re delighted to hear that our quick, reliable service and friendly team made a great impression. We really appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again soon!
