Really really great experience of Timpsons. Staff are so friendly and helpful- I’d broken a charger and got it stuck in my phone port-I went in and the kind gentleman managed to get the charger pieces out right there and then! Didn’t charge me a penny either! I had been quoted £500 from apple to get it fixed so massive relief and so thankful to Timpsons. Highly recommend them, especially for phone repairs. :)

Great service. Quick efficient and friendly. Steve worked on my watch, adjusting the strap and replacing the battery. When he realised the watch was beyond economical repair he offered me the service free of charge. Fantastic customer service, thank you very much Steve
Took my watch to timpsons in Newmarke for a new battery t and the very kind Dennis and his mate couldn't of been more helpful definitely recommend
