I am referring to the guy working at the Timpson Kiosk (sorry don't know his name but he's been there years!) in Highwoods Colchester Branch. I have been a customer here for years and this guy has always been friendly, polite, hard working and very professional. He did a great job on my boots, I will get years more wear out of them now. Had the sole of my boots repaired today by Luke, who was super friendly, helpful and efficient. The boots look as good as new with no evidence there was ever an issue to begin with. Absolute life saver! 5* service. Definitely recommend - thank you!
Shocker. Asked for a shoe shine service. Guy said it depends, I said a wedding. He offered me a DIY instant shine pad then went back to playing candy crush I guess. Don't waste your time
