Tesco Buckingham Timpson pod provided excellent service in obtaining and programming a replacement remote fob for my son's car at short notice. He kept us informed about the delivery of the replacement fob as they were out of stock. He also undertook the programming mid afternoon on New Years Eve which was very quickly done. It is rare to get this level of service so I do recommend this Timpsons outlet. Thanks again.
Received the most wonderful customer services from the Buckingham Tesco store . Whilst the car key replacement didn’t quite go to plan. They were attentive, and explored all options to resolve the problem, with follow up to ensure it all got resolved. The gentleman was superb. Thank you ( 23/11)
Visited earlier to drop off dry cleaning. Arrived at 12:45, to a note on the door ‘Back at 1:05’. Returned at 1:05, to a note ‘Back at 2:00’, and returned to another note ‘Back at 3:00’. Clearly not open for business on Sundays. Glad I was dropping off instead of picking up - could’ve left me in an awkward situation! Avoid at all costs if you need anything in a timely manner.
Super friendly and helpful. My boots are like new again! Would definitely recommend. 😊
