Had ONE car key battery replaced on 31/08/25 at cost £19.95 for a Citroen. Was offered a lifetime guarantee for an extra £5 which I declined. Was told that the battery I had just purchased had a one year guarantee. Battery is failing and when I returned today the manager advised me no so such guarantee exists. Manager was efficient and tested the battery for me. Pleasant and responsive but no replacement coming unless I pay again. A query rather than a review. I can't get through on the phone, but was hoping that you had an 18 ins expandable bracelet that you could fit as I waited, as I need to get a cab there and back.
Dean in the Amersham shop was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He repaired my child's watch and saved a lot of heartache in our home. He's a credit to Timpson. Top man.
We popped in today and Zak was great with the kids and with helping us choose what Keys to get very patient with us deciding…great variety of keys to choose from! Will always go back there now!
I went in to get my car key fixed this afternoon (Tues 23/09 at around 16:30) and the service was expert, efficient and friendly. Really happy and grateful for Timpson.
