Had ONE car key battery replaced on 31/08/25 at cost £19.95 for a Citroen. Was offered a lifetime guarantee for an extra £5 which I declined. Was told that the battery I had just purchased had a one year guarantee. Battery is failing and when I returned today the manager advised me no so such guarantee exists. Manager was efficient and tested the battery for me. Pleasant and responsive but no replacement coming unless I pay again. took in a pair of boots I'd had fixed a couple of times elsewhere with poor results and wasn't expecting much. buuut, they did an awesome job and the boots are still alive like 6 months later. service was pretty prompt - next day if I recall - and the lad who was working was sound. oh, and pricing was super fair too.

A query rather than a review. I can't get through on the phone, but was hoping that you had an 18 ins expandable bracelet that you could fit as I waited, as I need to get a cab there and back.

Dean in the Amersham shop was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He repaired my child's watch and saved a lot of heartache in our home. He's a credit to Timpson. Top man.

I went in to get my car key fixed this afternoon (Tues 23/09 at around 16:30) and the service was expert, efficient and friendly. Really happy and grateful for Timpson.
