Went into Timpson bishops park today. Was greeted by Gene, just wanted to say he is a credit to your company. Spot on service with a smile on his face. Well done Gene
Attended twice with pair of shoes for repair. Both cobblers were polite and incredibly helpful and did an excellent repair. So pleased with the service and attitude of the staff. Well done!!!
Amazing service. Took 3 pairs of shoes to get the sole glued back on, they did a fantastic job and then didn’t charge me anything, because it was “just glueing”. Still, it took time and glue, but I’m super happy. Favourite shoes are so hard to replace.
Laura is just the best. Had to drop a pair of boots that were a size too small. Fantastic job. Now perfect, thought I'd have to sell them . Thank you Laura. X
