Super helpful to deal with from when I went in two days ago, to picking my boots up today! Explained what the work would entail, cost and timeframes. I put off getting a quote for ages but I'm so so glad I did. I now have some of my favourite boots all refurbished and ready to wear. Thank you again ✨🌟

dosent really deserve 1 star if im honest brought 2 dog tags off of timpsons as they were on a deal buy 2 and get 1 half price about a month ago now wont be buying from them again front cover of the more expensive tag has come off (meant to be a protctive coverfor the front) and the other has faded so much you cant see the address really anymore and for a month thats appauling quality for a tag i will be going elsewhere

Just been in to get a key cut. I was told it would cost £12.50 and it would take a while for it to be cut as it needed filing after it was cut. He said it was not an easy key to cut hence the high price. I went to Steron locksmiths not only did they cut the key in less than 3 minutes the cost was only £5. I know where i will be going in future for any keys. The guy at Steron said Timpson make up there prices as they go.

Bought a lifetime battery replacement over three years ago , just had the battery replaced for second time without quibble The lad even adjusted the strap for me ( didn’t get his name ) tad more expensive than some but service is well worth it .
