Been here twice recently now and felt I had to leave a review. On both occasions I had boots repaired. The gentleman serving / repairing, sorry I don’t know his name unfortunately, is absolutely brilliant, professional, very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. He listens and gives options for choice. I cannot praise his customer service highly enough. Thank you young man.
Guy from Timpson nearly TESCO in York selling me and put to my watch wrong battery. My brand new watch on this battery stop working after week.
Nathan was terrific. Did an amazing job of fixing a belt and buckle- and at a really good price- when other places said they couldn't do it and recommended him.
I've had three pairs of shoes repaired here and must say they do an excellent job and are very helpful, the shoes are better than new. They can re-stitch as well as re-sole. Really great.
Tried initially to go towards the end of the day and found it closed half an hour before the advertised time. The following day I had two keys made, one of them didn’t work. Went back to replace it, once again closed before the advertised time. Went back *again* the following day to have the naff key redone and the service that time was great. Nice guys running it but a frustrating set of circumstances. I do now have two working keys, though.
