I tend to buy good dress/work shoes and get great value from them. Haven't bought such shoes in years. Timpsons have successfully cobbled my shoes (read heel replacement) for the past 5 or so years. Very happy.
You’ll never EVER be able to convince me that £12 for a cut key isn't an absolute violation. I'd be surprised if these keys weren't stiff with the pure lack of love that went into cutting them too.

Changed watch battery 2months ago, now the watch has started to run slow. Returned today, battery replaced, told "yes we have had a few come back - maybe a batch of dud batteries". Arrived home took off my watch and the back has fallen off it. Will have to return a third visit to mend my watch and again replace the battery which is unacceptable, so will be asking for a full refund.
Inappropriate and dangerous heel which they wanted me to pay for again to replace with the heel they should have fitted. I paid £20 to add a heel to an expensive boot. When I wore it I slipped when on anything remotely smooth - including concrete and paving slabs I took it back and was told that I needed a different heel. It would cost £25. No negotiation - no follow - up on their initial improper work.
