Exceptional service. I took a badly-holed pair of shoes to be re-soled for a wedding a couple of days later, but was told they wouldn't be ready in time. I left my shoes for a polish instead, and was fully expecting to have to wear them with holes in. When I came to collect my shoes the gentleman had not only polished them perfectly, but applied some temporary rubber soles to see me through the wedding. Without charge, and without me asking him to.
I was served by Joey who was wonderful and very good. I got pet tags engraved for a good price, which were ready faster than I expected!
Amazing service and super friendly staff. Happy to chat and did a heel tip replacement on the spot, plus a quick clean. Can’t recommend enough.
