Tony did a fantastic job of resuscitating a favourite set of golf shoes that had been heavily scuffed and sadly neglected. He went out of his way to source a decent colour match, and left them looking brighter than new. Before and after photos included.
Guy working there was extremely rude, acted like he was doing me a favor when I was paying for a service. He messed up when making the key and it didn’t work, which required me to come back again, he then gave me attitude when it was his mistake and he actually had to do some work and remake the key properly! I ended up with a key that doesn’t work properly, and no refund had to pay £52 do not go here!!

Exceptional service. I took a badly-holed pair of shoes to be re-soled for a wedding a couple of days later, but was told they wouldn't be ready in time. I left my shoes for a polish instead, and was fully expecting to have to wear them with holes in. When I came to collect my shoes the gentleman had not only polished them perfectly, but applied some temporary rubber soles to see me through the wedding. Without charge, and without me asking him to.
I was served by Joey who was wonderful and very good. I got pet tags engraved for a good price, which were ready faster than I expected!
