I have to say that over the past 9 years of living in leighton buzzard, DEAN is BEYOND AMAZING. He is always willing to help and advise you. He is EXTREMELY friendly to all his customers, and it's always a joy to go there for getting any new keys cut, to even having a friendly chit chat why you wait. 😀 I must say, it's an absolute pleasure to have DEAN working this shop, and the place absolutely would not be the same without him. Wanted to charge me £70 for three watches to have their batteries replaced. The chap there was extremely rude and horrible to deal with. Better to go to the one in Dunstable as they're very friendly there and for some reason charge you less than half for the same service. Wife also went there and got the same treatment for a boot sole repair... Utterly furious.
The only place I go for boot re-soling, they do such a great job and the grip on the new soles means I don't slip over on the icy streets. I also love that they offer both UK and US passport photos.
Visited today and the elderly man working in your shop really needs some customer service training. He was so abrupt when asking about the buy 3 pay for 2 key deal I asked about - not sure why all keys have to be the same - seemed like an absolute jobsworth. I will avoid using your store from now on.
Tim has gone above and beyond and sorted out a camera as the shops one wasn't working to do passport photos for me and called me to keep me updated and when to go in, thanks Tim
