Timpson Penzance was so amazing and efficient! We travelled to Penzance for a family wedding and all the groomsmens suits were creased. We were served by Kirsty who took excellent care of the groom and his suit in a very time efficient manner. After seeing how well Kirsty had looked after the groom, all the groomsmen wanted their suits pressed as well at short notice. Came into your Penzance store today. 4th Dec and Lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. The normal lady is much nicer
