Tried 3 times to get a house key cut at the Timpsons in Sutton Coldfield (Princess Alice) and all 3 times the keys didn’t work. Was also met with rudeness all 3 times. Came here and it was the complete opposite. Lovely staff and the keys finally work. Worth the trip to Tamworth just for this Timpsons Thank you.

I believe Tommy took over ownership a good few months ago and he’s ace 👌🏻 The only key cutter around Ventura that managed to sort my front door keys out. I had trouble with the size of the blanks due to a recessed key hole with a cap cover over it. It was a difficult task and took a few trips back but he was more than happy to trust me with the keys to see if they worked before charging me. There was a lovely man there called jay who I would like to thank again for his help with my mom's watch. They might not be the cheapest but at least they get the job done professionally. Will use again.
