I visited Timpson at Asda Chatham last week and was very impressed with the service, honesty and advice I was given by Dan regarding the repair to my favourite shoes, he performed a miracle and saved my shoes which I can now wear for the foreseeable future, its with Dan's care and attention to detail for which I am very grateful. Happened to be shopping at the Asda by the shop and needed some keys cut,the worker there said go and do shopping and keys would be ready when I finished which they were, excellent service again as have used in the past.
I visited Timpson store in Chatham today at 3.30pm and the young assistant was behind the counter with a dust pan and brush sweeping. I was the only customer and I asked if he could reheal my boots while I wait. He said no as he closes at 4.0pm... I have been in your Northfleet store at the same time before and they did my heels within 15 minutes so I was very annoyed to say the least.
