I visited Timpson at Asda Chatham last week and was very impressed with the service, honesty and advice I was given by Dan regarding the repair to my favourite shoes, he performed a miracle and saved my shoes which I can now wear for the foreseeable future, its with Dan's care and attention to detail for which I am very grateful. Keep up the good work Dan!
Happened to be shopping at the Asda by the shop and needed some keys cut,the worker there said go and do shopping and keys would be ready when I finished which they were, excellent service again as have used in the past.
I visited Timpson store in Chatham today at 3.30pm and the young assistant was behind the counter with a dust pan and brush sweeping. I was the only customer and I asked if he could reheal my boots while I wait. He said no as he closes at 4.0pm... I have been in your Northfleet store at the same time before and they did my heels within 15 minutes so I was very annoyed to say the least. I highly recommend. Brilliant customer service by Dan in Timpsons. Professional and friendly. I have had a broken watch strap fixed and had two watch battery's changed in a timely manor, whilst I was doing my shopping.
