Came here to take some links out and sort a battery for my son's watch which he bought for prom this year .Hayden who dealt with us couldn't be more helpful and kind ,he was very helpful and professional lad . Went to have keys cut today a key and a back door key cut this morning. Hayden was who served me, what an absolutely lovely gentleman polite took his time explained best value for me combination to me. Will not hesitate to recommend Barnes Hill Timpsons to friends and family
Popped in with some old shoes in need of heel replacement and Jess was so kind and helpful, taking the time to show me the different types and colours available. The shoes now look good as new and Jess' customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend this Timsons outlet.
Hi All, Just visited Timpson at Asda Barnes Hill store in Birmingham. Member called Hayden been excellent and service was remarkably good.
Always greeted with a cheerful smile, a calm disposition and a polite greeting, her product knowledge is excellent and her willingness to listen before responding articulately and confidently is highly commendable. I have not had any issues with the work carried out locally and when she has had to send my shoes off, she promptly call me as soon as they arrive back. Well done! Great service, I highly recommend the Barnes Hill branch .
