Popped in with some old shoes in need of heel replacement and Jess was so kind and helpful, taking the time to show me the different types and colours available. The shoes now look good as new and Jess' customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend this Timsons outlet.

I have not had any issues with the work carried out locally and when she has had to send my shoes off, she promptly call me as soon as they arrive back. Well done! I was served by the lovely Jess, she shortened my watch strap for me so perfectly and handled the watch with care which was lovely to see! We had a lovely chat and she was very polite.Definitely will be visiting again.
I got charged £27, yes £27 to have three door keys cut, the 3 for 2 offer has to be from the same key, was not made aware of this when i took the keys in and the small print on the poster is hardly noticeable, wish I had not paid, feel really ripped off and scammed.
