Asked to have two watch batteries in the Southgate Asda branch and was told you don’t change watch batteries. I must purchase a battery contract for£32.90 to supply batteries till the end of the watchs’ life. So that’s almost £66 for 2 watch batteries. Merry Christmas. Glad to have a Timpson so close. Not.
Visited Timpsons Southgate to get the heel on my shoe repaired and Lewis did an absolutely fantastic job, very quick and professional. The shoes look perfect. Truly top-tier service. Big up!

Was very surprised by how fast the service is, Lewis did a great job with my keys and they worked first time. Definitely will come again in the future.
I was served by a man called Angel today (Monday about 3pm)- battery changes. He was skilled, polite and thorough. It can be a bit hit and miss at this branch- for example, previously there was a man there who, with lots of smiles, would send you away before closing time because there wasn't time for this or that. However, Angel was old-school excellent at customer service.
