Worst possible place to get you keys cut ever save you energy and time and so somewhere else. Just a simple key cutting took my whole day. I have to come back again 4 times because the keys not working and eventually get a refund. Staff is unfriendly throw the receipt at me when I asked for the refund. On top of their unsuccessful key cutting they take random breaks in total I have to wait for 55min outside for the staff to return from the break. So AVOID this place at least for key cutting.
Excellent service at Southgate Timpson. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today was no exception. I needed to leave boots for repair and have a new watch strap fitted. William Graham is such an asset to the company. Despite him having a queue of customers he worked efficiently, calmly and totally professionally dealing with each customer in turn with such a pleasant approach. I was so impressed. Thank you William!
Thank you Lewis - Great service . Fixed new Velcro fastening in my shoes so a new lease of life- He was also trying to get the door to be easier to manage on the kiosk for those of us with challenges in balancing on the threshold- Head Office could possibly look at this accessibility issue ? -Trying to fix a handle was Lewis' genius idea but foiled by the door structure - would make the store so much safer if the easy opening slider was fitted as per idea .
Asked to have two watch batteries in the Southgate Asda branch and was told you don’t change watch batteries. I must purchase a battery contract for£32.90 to supply batteries till the end of the watchs’ life. So that’s almost £66 for 2 watch batteries. Merry Christmas. Glad to have a Timpson so close. Not.
Visited Timpsons Southgate to get the heel on my shoe repaired and Lewis did an absolutely fantastic job, very quick and professional. The shoes look perfect. Truly top-tier service. Big up!
