Hi came to your store just about store closing time 5.45pm. And I want to cut keys and door lock scanner he said your computer for 1 weeks system down .And the staff have no manners his on time to closing and cleaning and hover customer wasn't important very poor service. Thanks.
This is a great shop, i needed spare keys cutting which they happily did whilst I went in to Asda for a few essentials. The keys were waiting for me on my return. The lads serving me were friendly and professional and even though this is a small unit the have pretty much everything you would expect. This is so much better than the prospect of visiting the shop in the Arndale......
Very nice guy there, unable to fix my shoes as it was the buckle which had broken but gave positive suggestions to help, also fixed my watch. Very quick service with a smile
Have used timpsons at asda many times. David is friendly and very helpful. Keys and watch straps are cut and replaced quickly. Great service. Thank you.
Such a lovely guy, he is a credit to the timpson company. So helpful when my bag needed stitching! Bearing in mind two other timpsons branches in flitwick and Brammingham said can’t do it!! Luton Asda timpsons is fab. The guy deserves a raise for representing the company so well. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
